On Sunday, October 18, 2015, the French department at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza, organized for its students training on the integration of new technologies and of multimedia in teaching / learning languages .This training was provided by the computer engineer Osama Nshassi, multimedia department at Al-Aqsa University.
Ziad Medoukh, director of the French department inaugurated the session. He thanked the trainer for his availability. He asked the students to take advantage of this practical training aimed at developing their technical skills and to integrate new technologies effectively in courses and presentations.
During more than two hours, Osama Nshassi presented the themes, he gave a new definition of the ICT-TECHNOLOGIES- he explained how teachers and students can take advantage of these modern tools to improve the quality of education and learning.
He spoke of the importance of software and IT tools in learning, in research, in the presentations and the presentation of the work university by students.
He placed great emphasis on the integration of these new technologies in teaching French as a foreign language and how these modern tools can attract learners sound, image, simplicity and content.
He gave practical guidance on the use of multimedia in the presentations by students.
Then he answered all the questions asked by students attending the training.
It was decided late in the session that the trainer would provide in the coming weeks, further training for students of the department.
